| Hands on training |
| The Registration Fee for "Hands on Training" is Rs 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) per delegate / per day ( It includes lunch and course materials only ). Hands on training for limited seats only on first come first basis. |

Registration fees to be sent by Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of
"MedIndia Academy" payable at Chennai. To add Rs.100/- for outstation cheque

| Refund Policy |
No refund will be applicable after 14th July, 2010. All requests for refund will have to be made in writing/email latest by 14th July, 2010. Telephonic request for refund will not be entertained.
Refund money will be returned after deducting mandatory amount of 25% of the registration amount paid after 7th August,2010.
